Thinking back to my course earlier this Spring at Hyper Island on Digital Change, I see prove in this article of the European Business Review that the education industry is missing the boat towards the new era. The authors state that corporate learning is just not working as it should, and has not been for some time. In their article they explain what needs to change: what businesses need to do to turn things around and make learning work. Their suggestions are a step into the right direction but with my learnings from Hyper Island in my mind, perhaps still too traditional? Please join me in searching for news way for corporate learning that will revolutionize the education industry! I believe the key is in facilitation.
